Training Calendar 2008

Please note that attendance is MANDATORY at all training events except "Orientation" for considered certification as a North West Horseback Search And Rescue "Field Member". The academy will need to be attended for a minimum of 3 or 4 days. Due to the huge amount of time, energy and effort that all the unit members have put into providing this training, the overnight weekends can not be changed or substituted. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Course 1: Senior Map & Compass with GPS training

| This will be a shortened version of Course 1 with GPS training thrown in. We are hoping to possibly set up some new runs on the second day if anybody is up to it. |
